LOW CARB LOVE //Lemon Bars //

 

3 Ingredient Crustless Lemon Bars

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups Choczero white chocolate chips (discount code: lowcarblove)

  • 3 large eggs 

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice 

  • Optional - ½ tsp lemon extract

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F 

  2. In a microwave safe large bowl, melt your white chocolate chips in 15 second intervals. White chocolate chips are very easy to burn, so be careful to continue mixing once 

  3. Beat your eggs for about 3-4 minutes until its super airy. You can use a hand mixer or stand mixer for this. 

  4. Slowly add your melted white chocolate into your eggs, using a spatula to fold in. Add your lemon juice and extract (optional) and mix until fully incorporated. 

  5. Prepare your 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper by buttering or spray with avocado oil. 

  6. Bake for 30 minutes, remove from the oven and let cool for 10 mins.

  7. Cut into your squares and enjoy!
