Keto Sardine Bites // Ketogenic Woman
Recipe: 2 cans sardine, 1 egg, 4 tbsp mayo, 1/4 c pork panko.1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional).
Mash sardines in a bowl, add in all the other ingredients. Use a cookie scoop or your hands to form the mixture into balls. You should get about 10 balls. Air fry at 390 for 12 minutes.
