Ingredients:
2 tbsp basil seeds (higher in fiber than chia seeds)
2 tbsp hemp hearts
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 scoop protein powder
1/3- 1/2 cup warm nut milk or warm water (or more if you like your No Oats thinner) ✨top with:
1 tbsp peanut butter -look for a runny peanut butter with no added sugars or oils like @santacruzorganics
1 tbsp melted dark chocolate @eatbeyondgood ππ» Method:
1. Add basil, hemp, flax and protein powder to jar and shake well to mix 2. Pour in nut milk or warm water, mix well 3. Top with peanut butter, melted chocolate 4.
