No Oats and Breakfast "cookies" // Healthy-U Dietician

  Ingredients: 
2 tbsp basil seeds (higher in fiber than chia seeds) 
2 tbsp hemp hearts 
2 tbsp ground flax seeds 
1 scoop protein powder 
1/3- 1/2 cup warm nut milk or warm water (or more if you like your No Oats thinner) ✨top with: 
1 tbsp peanut butter -look for a runny peanut butter with no added sugars or oils like @santacruzorganics

  Ice cream ingredients 🍨 - 400 ml full fat coconut milk - 100 ml maple syrup (or any sweetener you prefer like honey ,agave) - 1 whole kiwi (80-100g) Optional :top it with chocolate chips and fresh mint INSTRUCTIONS πŸ₯£ - blend all the ingredients until smooth - add them to ice molds and freeze - once completely frozen blend the cubes again until smooth - eat straight away or store in to an airtight container in the freezer. You can change the kiwi for any fresh fruit or infuse the coconut milk with pea flowers ,chocolate coffee. Home-Made Chocolate Bars

  Here's the recipe Whisk together 3/4 cup cocoa powder 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey if preferred 1/4 cup coconut oil melted 1/4 cup cocoa butter melted 3 Tbsp milk powder Pour into molds and let set in the fridge for about 3 hours or until firm. I love making chocolate malt bars. Just sub half the milk powder for malt powder.

  Here's the recipe πŸ‘‡πŸΌ 1 cup AP or fresh milled flour 1 cup whole greek yogurt 1/3 cup maple syrup 5 TBSP melted butter 1 3/4 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/3 tsp salt 2 eggs 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips 1.Preheat oven to 375 and prepare mini muffin tin. In a large bowl mix together all dry ingredients and set aside. 2.In a medium bowl combine all wet ingredients.
