BLUEBERRY CRUNCH COBBLER 1 1\2 c. flour 1 1\4 c. quick oats 1 c. brown sugar 1\2 c. melted butter (next time I'll melt it) 6 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, I rinsed my frozen blueberries and only had 4-5 cups and they still turned out great and everybody loved these. 1 c. sugar 1 c. water 3 Tbsp. cornstarch 1\4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla Vanilla ice cream or Cool Whip Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, oats, br. sugar and butter and mix together until crumbly. Press 2 cups crumbs into ungreased 9x13 pan. Place blueberries over crust. In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, cornstarch and salt; cook over medium heat stirring, until mixture thickens and comes to a full boil. Turn off heat; add vanilla and pour over blueberries. Sprinkles with remaining crumbs. Bake 50-60 minutes until blueberries are bubbling and topping is light golden. Serve warm or cold.

Freezer French Toast

What is Freezer Banking? As explained by Leisa from Sutton's Days

By storing foods in the freezer, you can prevent them from going bad and wasting money. Here are some great tips for freezer banking: 1. Freeze meals in batches: When cooking dinner, make extra and freeze the leftovers in single-serving containers. This way, you'll have a quick and easy meal for busy weeknights. 2. Freeze fruit: When fruit is in season and on sale, stock up and freeze it for later use. You can use it in smoothies, oatmeal or even as a snack. 3. Freeze vegetables: Same as fruit, when vegetables are in season, buy them in bulk and freeze them for later. This way, you'll have a readily available source of veggies for your meals. 4. Freeze bread: If you see discounted bread or have too much at home, freeze it for later use. You can defrost it when needed and it will taste just as fresh. 5. Wrap foods properly: When freezing foods, make sure to wrap them properly to prevent freezer burn. Use freezer-friendly bags or containers and remove as much air as possib...
