  Cheesy Beef & Shells Recipe Ingredients: 2 tablespoons butter 1 bell pepper, diced 1 yellow onion, diced 1-2 pounds ground beef 2 boxes shells & cheese, (cooked according to package directions and cheese added) salt & pepper to taste Cheese for topping, optional Directions: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the peppers and onions and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the ground beef and cook until done, drain. Turn heat to medium low. Add the cooked shells and cheese. Top with cheese of your choice and place a lid on the skillet just long enough to melt the cheese.
