Healthy Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 Tbsp sugar (or honey)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic pressed
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a dressing container or mason jar.
  2. Mix well until the dressing is emulsified (combined well and not separating).
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Whisk or shake well before each use. Enjoy!
