Easy Home-Made granola // Seed & Sparrow
Ingredients
4 cups organic rolled oats
Up to 1 1/2 cups add-ins (nuts, seeds, coconut, etc.)
1 cup coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and any add-ins you’d like to use.
In a separate bowl or measuring cup, mix together the melted coconut oil, honey, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
Pour the liquid mixture over the oats and stir well until everything is evenly coated.
Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes so the granola toasts evenly.
Let the granola cool completely on the tray before breaking it apart.
