  ¾   cup   plain whole-milk Greek yogurt ▢ ¼   cup   milk ▢ 2   eggs ▢ 2   tablespoons  unsalted butter   (melted and cooled; plus more for cooking) ▢ 1   cup   all-purpose flour   (or  whole-wheat flour ; if using whole-wheat, add 2 tbsp more milk) ▢ 1   tablespoon   sugar ▢ 2   teaspoons   baking powder ▢ ¼   teaspoon   salt ▢ 1   cup   add-ins such as blueberries, diced strawberries, diced bananas, diced peaches, or  chocolate chips  (optional).   You can stir 1 cup into the batter or sprinkle a few pieces of each on each pancake if you prefer.   Easy Homemade Rice Pilaf Ingredients  .5x 1x 2x 3x ▢ 2   tablespoons   Butter ▢ ½   cup   orzo pasta ▢ ⅓   cup   onion ,  diced ▢ 2   cloves   garlic ,  minced ▢ ½   cup   long grain white rice ▢ 2   cups   chicken broth ▢ 2   tablespoons   fresh chopped parsley ,  (or ½ teaspoon dried parsley) ▢ ½   teaspoon   salt ,  to taste Get Recipe Ingredients Instructions In a skillet, over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in orzo pasta and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Add in the onion and cook until translucent, about 2 minutes. Then add garlic and cook for another 1 minute.
