  Baked Mac and Cheese with Chicken and Broccoli Ingredients 1   pound   dried pasta 1 ⁄ 2   cup   butter 1 ⁄ 2   cup   all-purpose flour   1   1 ⁄ 2   cups   half and half 2   1 ⁄ 2   cups   milk 1   tablespoon   stone-ground mustard 1   teaspoon   salt   1   teaspoon   pepper 4   cups   sharp cheddar cheese 1   cup   parmesan cheese 2   cups   monterey jack cheese 1 ⁄ 3   cup   bread crumbs 2   cups   chicken ,  (optional) 1   pound   broccoli ,  frozen (optional) Directions Pre-Heat Oven to 400 degrees Cook pasta Put butter and flour in a dutch oven and cook on medium heat for a couple of minutes to cook the raw flour taste out.
