  Zippy Shredded Chicken Tacos Prep Time 5   mins Cook Time 4   hrs   Course:   Main Course Servings :  6 Ingredients 2   lbs.   chicken breasts   boneless, skinless 4   Tbsp.   taco seasoning 2   Tbsp.   dry ranch seasoning 14   oz.   fire roasted diced tomatoes For day of cooking: desired nacho or taco fixings Instructions Assembly Instructions: Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable freezer bag. Add the taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, and fire roasted tomatoes. Squeeze the bag to mix all the ingredients together. Remove excess air from the bag, seal it, and freeze.
